With one hand on the mouse of the computer and the other on the lines of our traditional knowledge and culture, let us walk towards the future with strong steps and full conviction. Let us regain the past glory and lead this world into a paradise of peace and prosperity.

Vijnana Bharati is essentially a nationalistic, patriotic and humanistic science movement where science, involving both engineering and technology, is aimed at societal development, social harmony, ecological balance and environmental sanctity. It would be a totally positive and constructive movement. Vijnana Bharati is more expressively popular as Swadeshi Science Movement where "Swadeshi" connotes the Bharatiya World View on Science where from a single framework, all the three knowledge systems viz. natural sciences, social sciences, and spiritual sciences, have been developed integrally, holistically and all-inclusively right from the Vedic times.
