A conglomeration of scientists, artisans, technocrats, traditional practitioners, innovators, students and common people come together once in two years. It is a Sastra-Kumbh, a new definition and new identity in the map of science seminars and symposiums. It gives a unique experience for all, who have participated in the BVS.
